Tomasz Hofman from Cushman & Wakefield wins Property Manager of the Year 2016

Tomasz Hofman, Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has won the Property Manager of the Year 2016 award in the AM&FM&PM AWARDS contest.

Tomasz Hofman has been Shopping Centre Director at Złote Tarasy since 2012 as a member of the Asset Services department at Cushman & Wakefield. He started his career in 2007, at the Molo shopping centre in Szczecin, where he worked as Property Manager. Tomasz graduated from the West Pomeranian Business School with diplomas in Management Economics, Property Management and MBA Executive.

Tomasz Hofman was voted Property Manager of the Year. The judges of AM&FM&PM AWARDS 2016 chose the best professionals on the market who demonstrate an innovative approach, efficiency, expertise and effective management of properties or portfolios.

The awards were presented on April 5, during the AM&FM&PM AWARDS 2016 gala at the 11th Polish Asset Management & Property Management & Facility Management Forum. The contest was organised by powermeetings.eu.
