LOXX Ltd. has renegotiated its lease agreement at Prologis Park Warsaw II and expanded its warehouse space to 8,500 sqm. The tenant was represented in the negotiation by international advisory company Colliers International.
Prologis Park Warsaw II is a modern distribution centre, offering 40,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. A great advantage of the complex is the convenient location in Warsaw's Praga district, close to the city centre. The buildings are located about a kilometre from the S8 road (Gdansk-Kraków), 10 km from the A2 motorway and the road connecting Poznań with Biała Podlaska, and 12 km from Chopin Airport.
In a time of rapid e-commerce development and groupage transport, urban warehouses are gaining importance, which allows greater efficiency and shortened delivery times to customers.
