At the end of November, the last three buildings of the six office buildings comprising the second stage of the development, were commissioned. Thus, the Wroclaw real estate market increased its office resources with another 79,000 m2 of modern office space. The first tenants have already moved into the newly built part of the complex.

The scope of work covered by the permit concerns the development of four buildings with underground garages with a total area of 44,000 m2. Two office buildings to be built along the frontage of Waszyngtona Street will provide 14,500 m2 of rentable space, while the next two buildings located in the second building line will house 126 apartments. The expected construction works will start in the spring of 2020.
Business Garden Warsaw with new tenantsUpfield Polska, a global leader in plant nutrition, and Omron Electronics, a supplier of industrial automation technologies, medical equipment and electronic components moved to the Business Garden Warsaw. The new tenants rented a total of 1,300 m2 office space. After the closing of both transactions, the level of commercialization of the complex at Żwirki i Wigury exceeded 88%.
Vastint sells the buildings of Business Garden WroclawVastint Poland has sold three Business Garden office buildings in Wroclaw. The property was purchased by the Philippine fund ISOC Group. The transaction value amounted to over EUR 95 million.
