Omnipack Sp. z o. o., a company operating in the area of logistics, warehousing and order fulfillment for the e-commerce industry, has leased 2,500 sq m of industrial space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. Experts from JLL advised Omnipack on the negotiation of lease terms.
“From our point of view, the location was of crucial importance as it enables further growth and expansion both nationally and internationally”, says Rafał Szcześniewski, COO & Founder of Omnipack. “Over the last year we have gained a significant number of new clients, both Polish and foreign. In addition, we are in negotiations with a large number of prospective clients. As a consequence, we are already conducting talks regarding two more locations”.
