The Centrum Królewska office building in Warsaw has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with a “Very Good”

The Centrum Królewska office building in Warsaw has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with a “Very Good” rating in Building Management and Asset Performance. REZYDENT S.A., owner of the building, was supported in the process by Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm.

Centrum Królewska is a modern A-class office building located in the centre of Poland’s capital, on the corner of Marszałkowska and Królewska, with a total usable area of almost 11,000 sq m. Situated on the ground floor is the entrance lobby, reception and a Bank Zachodni WBK branch office. 110 parking spaces are distributed over three underground levels. Floors one to thirteen are dedicated to offices, arranged according to the tenants’ individual needs. The building, equipped with modern technical systems, was designed by the Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. The office building harmonises perfectly with the surroundings, while making its mark with an elegant, unique body that combines tradition and modernity. It was voted the favourite office building in Warsaw in 2002–2003, and awarded the title of the Best Intelligent Office Building 2003.

BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the most popular methods for quality assessment of buildings in Europe. Receiving the certificate is a confirmation of high property standard, implementation of modern technological solutions and the best property management practices. Centrum Królewska was awarded a “Very Good” rating for Building Management (in recognition of land use & ecology, management, and health & well-being) and for Asset Performance (high marks for waste management, use of environmentally friendly materials, and transport).
