Kielce - the capital of the Swietokrzyskie region, friendly to both business and modern outsourcing services. Kielce invest in its academic background and in education of future qualified human resources. There are 30 thousand students per year in 10 higher education institutions of Kielce. The most popular are public universities - Kielce University of Technology and the University of Jan Kochanowski. Computer science studies act like a magnet attracting to the city young and ambitious people that are planning their career in the IT and ICT sectors.

The city is an alternative to the large centers, mainly because of the fact that there are office spaces perfectly prepared for outsourcing services, attractive space prices and competitive remuneration costs. Business infrastructure, including public transport and modernly renewed road system, represents the strength of Kielce and is important for sustainable development of the city.

The potential of Kielce in modern outsourcing services has been significantly raised by the project completed in 2013, called: "e-Świętokrzyskie -  building of the fiber-optic networks and devices within the City of Kielce", whereby the IT infrastructure with a total length of 79 km was built. The infrastructure is used by local schools, institutions and enterprises. Completing and developing "The Smart City Platform" is another project that will contribute the development of a smart city management system.
