Q Securities S.A. has become a new tenant at Centrum Królewska

Brokerage house Q Securities S.A. has become a new tenant at Centrum Królewska in Warsaw. The firm leased an entire 550 sq m floor, making the office building 100% let. REZYDENT S.A., the owner of the complex, was represented in the transaction by Dorota Mielke and Filip Stevnert from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Centrum Królewska is a fourteen-floor class A office building located at the junction of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets in downtown Warsaw. It offers 7,000 sq m of leasable office space. Centrum Królewska has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with a “Very Good” rating in Building Management and Asset Performance.

Q Securities is a financial institution regulated by the Polish Supervision Authority and a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The brokerage house is a market-leading provider of depositary services for closed-end investment funds with a 120+ client base. It raises capital for entrepreneurs and sells selected investment funds. Q Securities also provides a broad range of brokerage, depositary and record-keeping services.
