Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the Cracow team as a Business Analyst.
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented self-starter who would be responsible for providing direct business and operational support within the Global TAC at the Company.
This individual will focus on account management and operational reporting for a global support organization, enabling Sr Management with timely, decision-ready information.
The Ideal Candidate Should:Possess excellent collaboration, attention to detail and communications skills. Flexibility is key as the role may evolve with changing business needs Communicate regular status to management on a regular basis in both formal and informal environments Perform as a trusted advisor/business partner to the TS management team Focus on supporting the services portfolio, and driving operational excellence within the business Drive aspects of the business including but not limited to bookings, hold process and management reporting
Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS (business preferred) At least 5 years of relevant experience Solid project management skills/experience Thorough knowledge of change management theories and practices
